The short version: the game is free to play, so have fun and play fair. Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra content on the device you buy it on. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll try to fix it.

Who these terms are with

Turtle Tag is made by Cameron, based in Australia. You can reach us at Hello@tidal-robotics.com. By playing the game or using this website you agree to these terms. If a child is playing, a parent or guardian should read them.

Saving replays and photos of your own rounds and sharing them is fine.

Our stuff

The game, its turtles, art, sounds and code belong to Cameron. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress after clearing browser data. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or the consumer rights you have in your own country. If you bought Plus, our responsibility is otherwise limited to the price you paid.

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's laws.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. Big changes will be pointed out in the game or on the website.
